Rubbish Removal in Selly Oak

What we clear in Selly Oak

• End-of-tenancy rubbish: bags, bedding, kitchenware and clutter
• Furniture: beds, mattresses, desks, sofas and wardrobes
• Appliances: fridges, freezers and washing machines
• Garden waste: overgrown gardens, soil and old fencing
• Refurbishment waste: kitchens, bathrooms and flooring

Student houses and HMO landlords

Selly Oak is full of shared student houses, and the end of the academic year leaves a lot behind: broken furniture, mattresses and bags of rubbish. We work with landlords and letting agents to clear houses quickly between tenancies, with a Waste Transfer Note for every job. Book early for June and July, which are our busiest weeks here.

Family homes and clear-outs

Away from the student streets, Selly Oak, Weoley Castle and Selly Park have plenty of family homes needing loft clear-outs, garden clearances and help when moving. We collect from inside the property, so there is nothing to drag to the kerb. See house clearance.

Skip, council or man and van?

Parking is tight around Bournbrook and the Bristol Road, so a skip with a permit is often impractical. Birmingham City Council’s bulky waste service suits a few items if you can wait. We come the same day most days, load from inside and leave nothing on the pavement. The waste calculator prices it before you book.
