Junkbusters started with a simple belief. We saw homes that needed clearing, businesses that needed reliable support, communities spoilt by unwanted waste, and people who just needed someone they could trust to do the job properly.

So we decided to become that company.

Clearing a home is rarely just about rubbish. It might be a loved one’s furniture, a family home you are moving on from, or years of belongings you simply have no room for. We understand that, and we treat what you hand over with care.

Anything still in good condition does not go to the tip. We set it aside and pass it on to local charities, so a sofa, a bed or a chest of drawers can help a family setting up a new home, a young person getting back on their feet, or a charity shop raising money for a cause that matters.

Not every rubbish removal company goes to this effort. We do, because it is the right thing to do, and it is something our whole team is proud of.

We want less waste ending up in landfill when it doesn’t need to. Wherever possible, materials should be reused, recovered or recycled, and everything should be handled responsibly.

Every collection follows the same route. Nothing is fly-tipped, nothing goes missing, and as little as possible ends up in the ground.

How we decide

We work from the top of the waste hierarchy down

The waste hierarchy is the UK standard for handling waste responsibly. The higher up an item goes, the better for the planet, so we always try the top options first.

It is also why our prices include proper disposal. Cheap cash-in-hand collectors skip the sorting, and fly-tipped waste can be traced back to the householder. With us, the paperwork proves your waste was handled legally.
