How our builders waste service works
Book a collection
Book a single visit or a regular slot through the project. Tell us what materials to expect.
We price on site
We confirm the load price before loading. Dense waste like rubble is priced by weight limit.
Loaded and cleared
Our team does the carrying, even from upper floors, and leaves the area swept.
Compliant disposal
Waste goes to licensed facilities with a Waste Transfer Note for your site file.
What we can and cannot collect
We collect
- Rubble, bricks and concrete (within weight limits)
- Plasterboard (kept separate)

- Packaging and offcuts
- Old fixtures and fittings
We cannot take

- Gas bottles and pressurised containers
Have something specialist? Ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
Strip-outs and pre-renovation clearances
Before work starts we can strip a property back, removing old kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and furniture so your team starts on a clean shell. During the job we can return as often as you need. For heavy waste in bulk, pair us with skip bags on site.
Accredited for contractors
We hold SSIP and PQS health and safety accreditation, CHAS accreditation and CSCS-carded operatives, and can supply RAMS for your site induction.
What our customers say
- Real reviews from local customers
- Same-day jobs, tidy crews, fair prices
Yes, within weight limits. Heavy, dense waste weighs far more per cubic yard than general waste, so we price it accordingly. For large volumes a skip bag or skip may be more cost-effective.
Yes. We can provide risk assessments and method statements for your site.
Yes, as long as there is safe access. Tell us about stairs, lifts or restrictions when you book.
Yes. Junkbusters is a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency (licence CBDU485881) and every job comes with a Waste Transfer Note, so you have proof your waste was handled legally. Waste goes to licensed transfer and recycling facilities, never landfill by default.
